    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using KeyLogic Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, technicians, and subcontractors.

    2. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

    3. Subscription & Billing

    KeyLogic Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use KeyLogic Pro only for lawful purposes related to your locksmith business operations. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the software. Misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of KeyLogic Pro are owned by Tell Locksmith and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    KeyLogic Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
